Refunds and Returns

If for any reason your decal does not meet your expectations or is not right for your needs, we are committed to addressing the issue promptly. We will happily re-make your decal to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision, or if you prefer, we can provide you with a refund. Return and Refund Limits: If you have an issue with a product from our store, you have 30 days to contact us for a replacement or refund. We will require a photo of the defect and will reject all claims that are from improper application or use. Returns are only allowed if the item is less than 30 days old and in new unused condition, and you are responsible for return shipping. The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to issues we can not control like shipping damage or loss, or the fact you do not own a car to put it on.

Shipping Issues

Items damaged during shipping will be replaced no questions asked, just a photo showing the damage.

Items lost with economy shipping will be replaced after 15 days, Items lost with USPS Ground Advantage will be replaced after 8 days. Just contact us after the time has expired.
